Personal Training Berlin – Your Individual Path to More Strength
What real personal training in Berlin means — beyond cookie-cutter programs and mass-market gym solutions.
Plenty of people offer personal training in Berlin — but what's actually behind it? Too often, personal training means this: a trainer stands next to you, counts reps and drops the occasional cue. What's missing is the part that matters: a genuinely individual plan, real coaching and a long-term perspective.
At Spree Intense Fitness, it works differently.
What Real Personal Training Means
Before a single rep gets trained, there's understanding. Nico Peschke — gym owner and head coach with over 20 years of experience — takes the time at your first session to really get to know you. Not just your goals, but your daily routine, your sleep quality, any injury history and the movement patterns you bring with you.
What comes out of that isn't a ready-made program pulled off the shelf, but a plan that fits you — precisely matched to your starting point, built progressively and adjusted every week.
The Approach: Compound Lifts, Progression, Results
Nico's training is based on what actually works: compound barbell lifts — squat, deadlift, bench press, overhead press, rows. Combined with targeted isolation work, accessory work and functional elements, depending on your goal.
The key is progressive overload: your body only grows when it's confronted with steadily increasing demands. In 1:1 personal training, that process can be steered far more precisely than in any group session. Weights, volume, intensity and rest periods are adjusted continuously — not by some fixed template, but based on what your body needs right now.
Who Is PT at Spree Intense Fitness For?
Nico's clientele is deliberately diverse. Entrepreneurs who want to invest an hour a day in their health. Athletes looking to get better in a specific sport. People coming back from injuries who want to rebuild safely and deliberately. And people who, after years off, finally want to start again — with someone at their side they can trust.
Nico's clients also include well-known names from culture and entertainment, among them Felix Lobrecht, one of Germany's best-known comedians and podcasters. Discretion goes without saying.
