The Lifting Club is our version of personal training — only better and fairer in price.

You train in a fixed small group of maximum 6 people under professional guidance. Everyone has their own individually periodised training plan. The coach corrects your technique, tracks your progress and continuously adjusts the training.

No generic class schedule. No anonymous group class. Real progress, because someone is watching you.

How the Lifting Club works

Free Consultation

Free, 30 minutes. We analyse your goals, your fitness level and discuss which session frequency works best for you.

Your Training Plan

Before your first session you'll create your individual plan together with your coach — structured, progressive, tailored to your level.

Training

You train in your fixed group. Max. 6 people. Your coach is present, corrects, motivates and tracks your progress.

Measure Progress

Regular measurements and check-ins ensure your plan evolves with you.
